Merry Lin is the visionary founder and CEO of RichPack Jewelry Packaging. With over 22 years of experience in the foreign trade and 15 years in the packaging industry, Merry steadily built a startup into a leading enterprise internationally.
RichPack is proud to be a Woman-Owned Business.
Merry started from the grassroots and is a hands-on entrepreneur. She has exceptional market insight, analytical skills, and is agile in corporate management. She is full of determination and courage and is trusted from both employees and clients. Under her leadership, RichPack has grown into a leader in the jewelry packaging industry and achieved an impressive annual sales figure of approximately $13.3 million.
In her spare time, Merry enjoys mentoring young entrepreneurs, exploring new design trends, and spending time with her family.
